Hi, I'm Carol Fellowes.
I am a Registered Massage Therapist and a dedicated yoga/movement teacher. My deep curiosity and interest in movement (and stillness) are a constant in my life, and I love to share the ideas I have in my classes. The ideas change and evolve to keep it interesting for my (ADHD) brain, and all brains/bodies in our community are welcome to my neuro-inclusive classes.
My unique lifestyle finds me residing in a self-converted Sprinter van, which I call home. When I'm not on the move, I find myself nestled in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. Sharing this space with me are faithful companions—my border collie, Juno and adventure cat, Smitty. I thrive as a hiker, and I take joy in outdoor swimming and cold dips. Recently, I've embarked on the journey of learning to fly fish, and I'm also rediscovering my passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The outdoors is where I truly come alive, and although I am as domesticated as the next person, I like to think of myself as someone who's constantly unearthing and embracing my wildness.
Wild.
Being.
When I'm not doing all that, I try to write. Currently working on book #2, 'Women With ADHD'.
